Mishcon de Reya's Recruitment Services Group, in association with the REC and Recruiter magazine is delighted to hold this one-hour morning session focusing on the subject of Employment Tribunal claims. This session will be presented by Daniel Naftalin, Partner, and Jennifer Millins, Assistant Solicitor, both members of the Mishcon de Reya Recruitment Services Group and Employment Group. Whilst outlining the procedures of the Employment Tribunal, the types of claims brought and strategies to adopt in litigation, the aim is to make this an interactive session dealing with real problems and real situations. A large part of the session will be devoted to discussing questions, sent in by attendees prior to the event, in an open forum format. Some of the issues raised by attendees for discussion at the event will be publicised on the Mishcon de Reya Recruitment Microsite from early in the New Year.
