Members of our Recruitment Services Group recently acted for Servoca Plc in respect of a High Court matter concerning the enforcement of restrictive covenants and the recovery of a substantial amount of highly confidential business sensitive information which had been misappropriated from a national recruitment business which our client had acquired out of administration. The case involved the obtaining, on a without notice basis, of a number of search and evidence preservation injunctions and computer imaging orders. An out-of-court settlement was agreed by both parties. |
